How to Use T-Minus Dashboard

A quick guide to building your own dashboard, widget by widget.

Getting Started

There's no account to create and nothing to sign up for. Your dashboard is built and saved right in your own browser, starting from a default layout you can fully customize.

Adding and Editing Widgets

Click + Add Widget at the top of your dashboard to open the widget picker. Choose a type, fill in the details, and it's added to your board automatically.

To change a widget later, hover over it and click the pencil (✎) icon to edit it, or the × icon to remove it from your dashboard.

Rearranging Your Dashboard

Click ✏️ Design Widgets at the top of your dashboard to enter Design Mode. While it's on:

  • Drag any widget to move it to a new spot
  • Drag the bottom-right corner of a widget to resize it
  • Use the and × icons on a widget to edit or hide it

Click ✓ Done Editing when you're finished to lock your layout back in place.

Tip: If your layout ever gets messy, open Settings → Widgets & Layout and click Reset Widget Layout to snap everything back into a clean arrangement.

Navigating Your Dashboard

The sidebar on the left gives you dedicated pages beyond the main dashboard view — including Missions, Calendar, Goals, Habits, Journal, Resources, Achievements, and Stats. Each one gives you a focused, full view of that part of your dashboard.

Themes and Templates

Click 🎨 Themes to open your color and template options:

  • Color Themes only change your accent colors and background — your widgets, layout, and text all stay exactly as they are. You can save your own custom color combinations to switch back to later.
  • Templates are a bigger change — switching templates replaces your sidebar sections and starter widgets, so use this only if you want a fresh starting point.

Backing Up Your Dashboard

Since your dashboard lives in your browser rather than an online account, it's tied to this specific browser and device. Go to Settings → Data to:

  • Export a backup file of your entire dashboard
  • Import a backup to restore it, or move it to another device
Tip: If you ever plan to switch browsers or get a new device, export a backup first so you don't lose your setup.

Your Privacy

We don't collect names, emails, or personal information — your dashboard data stays in your own browser. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
